4-Day Ruaha National Park

Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Ruaha National Park

Upon pick up from the airport or your hotel, we will drive to Ruaha National Park. We will have lunch en-route then arrive at the lodge in time for dinner. Ruaha National Park is the largest National Park in East Africa. It is formerly known for its large elephant population. Kindly note with this package, there is the option of flying from Dar es Salaam to Ruaha National Park.

Day 2-3: Ruaha National Park

We will have a full day game drive both days with packed lunch provided at Ruaha National Park.

The other noted animals found in this park are; the cheetah, African leopard, lion (Africa's second largest population, representing 10 percent of the world population), African wild dog (third largest population in the world), spotted hyena, giraffe, hippopotamus, African buffalo, and sable antelope.

The best times to visit for predators and large mammals is during the dry season (May–December) and for birds and flowers, during the wet season (January–April).

Day 4: Ruaha National Park to Dar es Salaam

After breakfast, we will drive back to back to Dar es Salaam. Have lunch en-route. Drop off at the airport.
