Day 01: arrival – Arusha.
This
is the beginning of 7 Days Wildebeest Migration serengeti safari. Pick up from
JRO/Arusha airport on arrival and transfer you to Arusha Crown hotel for
overnight stay in readiness for an adventure migration tour the following
morning.
Day 02- Arusha – Lake Manyara.
Depart
Arusha in the morning for Lake Manyara, afternoon game drive, dinner and
overnight at Lake Manyara hotel
The Lake Manyara National park is serene and beautiful with main attractions of a rich bird life, tree-climbing lions, its elephants, and hippos that you can see at closer range than most other places. Lake Manyara is an alkaline lake and at certain times of the year hosts thousands of flamingos and a diversity of other bird life. Although it is one of the smallest parks, its vegetation is so diverse enabling it to host a variety of wildlife habitats.

Day 03: Lake Manyara – Serengeti.

breakfast depart for Serengeti passing through Olduvai Gorge, the site of the
Leakey family discovery of fossils of human and animal ancestors dating back to
almost two million years. game is viewed as you proceed to Ikoma safari camp –
Serenera area for dinner and overnight Serengeti Ikoma safari camp
Days 04/5: Serengeti Full day.
you
will spend much of 7 Days Wildebeest Migration safari in this park. Full days
in Serengeti plains, search for wild game /trailing the wildebeest migration
and predators .Dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti Ikoma tented camp.
Optional night game drives can be arranged with the camp at an extra cost
Day 06: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater.
After
breakfast drive to Ngorongoro Crater where a 4-wheel drive vehicle will take
you 2000ft down to the crater, enjoy picnic lunch at the crater, ascend back to
the crater rim for dinner and overnight stay at Bouganvilea hotel for dinner and
overnight.
Day 07: Ngorongoro – Arusha – Departure.
After
breakfast depart for Arusha where the safari ends. Drop off at the airport to
board your flight back home
This tour and safari would combine well with a few relaxing days in Zanzibar beach. It’s important to remember that there are no guarantees when it comes to the timing of the migration.
